- If the rental agreement has been changed into a sale, then all warrantable maintenance and repairs during the rental stage must be added to the transfer price.
- Planned periodic maintenance must always be a part of any excavator rental agreement. However, if the equipment has been on the lessee’s possession beyond 250 hours, the maintenance charges must already be shouldered by the lessee.
