The John Deere 755 crawler loader runs on John Deere 300 Series engine like its predecessor the 655. This multi tasking mean machine has been improved to meet the demands of varying construction work loads.
The 755 crawler loader is slightly bigger and heavier than the 655. This crawler loader measures 10’2.6” x 17’9” x 10’ and weighs 14,517 kilograms.
The maximum torque at 1300 rpm is slightly better at 400lb-ft compared to the 655 which work at 345 lb-ft. The SAE horsepower is the same though at 110. The system and circuit relief valve of the 755 crawler loader has been greatly enhanced and operates at 2500+175 psi and 3000+225 psi, respectively.
Working with the 755 is also a bit faster compared against earlier machines. Cycle times are quicker for boom lowering (3.2 sec), boom raising (5.0 sec), and bucket dumping (1.3 sec).
This machine has a turbo charged 6-cylinder engine working with hydrostatic transmission that makes certain that the operator has full control over the machine during tough conditions. It comes standard with an air conditioned cab which provides a good perspective to the operator. The 755 also features easy to handle control sticks to lessen fatigue and stress to the operator.
The undercarriage of the 755 crawler loader are also built a few thousandths part thicker. This provides the resiliency needed in every construction machine. The track shoes of the 755 can also be customized to fit the demand of the work to be accomplished. They are made of boron steel, making them tougher compared to other brands.
The track rollers and links are also structured using boron alloys to provide core strength to deter usual wear and tear. The bushings of John Deere machines are also coated with a special lubricant to make them last longer than their expected life span.
The John Deere 755 crawler loader is crafted to meet the challenges of the different tasks and built tougher to guarantee productivity.
