The TL 130 crawler skid steer loader belongs to a wide range of products of the Takeuchi brand. Takeuchi has been producing equipment that is reliable and durable for more than 50 years.
The TL 130 is powered by the 4-cylinder Yanmar 4TNV98 engine which gives this compact machine an output of 67 horsepower. In terms of performance, the TL 130 is far beyond its size. The operating capacity of the machine is at 1620 lbs with a tipping load of 4630 lbs. The breakout force of the bucket cylinder is at 6726 lbs while the lift arm cylinder is at 6709 lbs.
The hydrostatic system of the Takeuchi skid steer models is coupled with double reduction planetary final drives that guarantee enough power transfer during operation. The design of the undercarriage allows the TL 130 to work on loose material surfaces like mud, sand, earth. It also provides the much needed traction needed while overcoming excavation challenges.
The engine of this skid steer loader automatically shuts down as a safety feature whenever there is low oil pressure or high coolant temperature. Features like this are installed to prevent damage to the engine and decrease cost of maintenance.
The versatility of the machine is further enhanced with the rubber tracks that contribute mainly on the maneuverability of the T 130. With a dimension of 62.2”x88”x135.1”, the TL 130 can fit into tight spaced areas or anywhere it might be needed.
It is also controlled by the operator using proportional joystick that makes manipulation of the loader or travel functions very easy. The full load cycle time of the Takeuchi TL 130 is 4.2 seconds to raise and 2.7 seconds to dump. The curling and lowering cycle times are 2.7 and 2.1 seconds respectively measured without any load.
Aside from the raw power and mobility of the TL 130, the cabin of the operator is designed to be very comfortable and spacious so there will be less stress and fatigue during operation.
